The Leather: Horween® Dublin
Dublin is a full grain, vegetable-tanned leather made by Horween® in Chicago — tanned with the same tree-bark extract blend as their legendary Shell Cordovan. A hard wax finish gives it pull-up character: it lightens where it flexes, then deepens back with wear.
How It Ages
A watch band ages faster than a wallet — daily wrist wear means the color deepens and a personal patina develops within months. Day 1 and Day 365 look like two different (better) straps.
