How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects in the stitching or leather.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale.
How should I care for my leather wallet?
Most of our leathers, like Shell Cordovan and Chromexcel, have a high oil content and require little maintenance. We recommend a light buffing with a horsehair brush or a small amount of Venetian Shoe Cream if the leather becomes dry.
